Your data is processed on the grounds of a legitimate interest pursuant to Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest is economic in nature in order to optimize how the business relationship between you and us as controller is organized. The purpose of processing is to create a simplified way of getting in touch with the contact persons at our business partners.

Who receives the personal data you provide to us?

Within our company, access to the data provided by you will be granted to those departments that require such data for the purposes of performing contractual obligations, complying with legal obligations or serving legitimate interests. Their compliance with data protection requirements is ensured by contractual agreement.

For how long will the data be stored?

The personal data will be stored for as long as necessary to maintain our business relationship.

Are you obligated to provide the data?

You are under no legal or contractual obligation to provide us with your contact details. In general, however, your employer is permitted to instruct you as part of your employment relationship to provide your work-related contact details since without them we would not normally be able to enter into a business relationship with you or your company.

Is data transferred to third countries?

If we transfer personal data to recipients outside the European Economic Area (EEA), the transfer will only take place if an adequate level of data protection has been confirmed for that third country by the EU Commission, if an adequate level of data protection has been agreed with the data recipient (e.g., by means of EU standard contractual clauses) or if we have received your consent.

What are your rights as data subject?

You have the right to obtain information upon request, free of charge, on the personal data we have stored about you. Under the statutory provisions you also have the right to demand that such personal data is corrected or erased, the right to data portability and the right to demand that processing is restricted.
